What’s Motivates You?

    What makes you take up personal growth or inner training practices like meditation, t’ai chi, qigong, and yoga and what makes you stick with them? Is it how you feel while you’re doing it? How you feel when you’re done? Desire for better health? Desire to reduce stress? Personal growth? A specific, measurable goal? Achieving your full potential? Living your purpose? When you know your “why” you’re more likely to stick with it.
