    Thank you.
I was delighted to read both parts of the Unexplored Parallel. As a very busy person (teaching my children, running a small business, and instructing at a martial arts school) I can easily put aside my physical needs to get everything else done. This holistic approach is important for everyone who intends to succeed in life. Thank you.

  7. The obvious has shown itself to me again. I had never thought of exercise as being part of the self improvement experience. WOW, the idea is simple, combine the effort, rather piggy back the activities with the physical effort first followed by the mental. Such a simple concept, and I see great possibilities. Thank You, and I will post again as soon as I can state more tangable results.

  13. I see quite a few people were having trouble getting Part 2 of “The Unexplored Parallel”. OK, I admit. It’s MY fault. I broke the internet ☺

I was tweaking something on our blog and I must have broken something. Don’t you just hate it when somebody breaks the internet? ☺

Well anyway, just wanted to let you know that the links are now working. Just refresh the page. And if that doesn’t work, clear your cache.

P.S. Did you know that if you type “Google” in you can actually break the internet? For all our sakes, don’t do it!

  14. Mohammad Asaduddin says:

You cleared a lot of confusion out of my mind! I always do physical exercise, but with stress that I am taking away time from other duties. Now I will continue with it with a feeling that it is an essential activity. At age 68 I am surprised your writing made me learn more. Are there more steps beyond this? Please let me know. With gratitude, Asad.

I did buy Core Energy Meditation and was doing it for 2 weeks of so every day but than something comes into my life and like a miracle time disappear for 20 minute meditation.
Thank you so much for those 2 rapports and reminder about Core Energy Meditation. I just need to stick to it. You do a wonderful job. Core Energy Meditation is very easy to follow and I actually enjoy it.
    Thank you.

  21. Thanks . I shall remain ever grateful to you.

  22. Thank-you so much for this information – even though this was quite obvious to me – I know lots of people out there who are expecting miracles from just trying to do only the basic things pertaining to the “Law Of Attraction” need to know and understand you not only have to focus yor mind, you also have to put into pracice daily new habits, beliefs and actions that bring about a new existence through mind, Body & Spirit.

    Thanks Once Again,

  23. Jer says:

Basically this points to the need for balance – as you say, not focusing on just the mental side or physical. With half a google of new ‘paradigms’ out there for optimizing & manifesting what folks want in their lives, it gets tough to see past the chaff. Thank you for the reports!

  24. Brenda says:

I have recently started Core Energy Meditation and try to do it as you suggest on an empty stomach.. This means first thing in the morning or late at night. I see now that you recommend a 20 minute exercise before you meditate. I usually take my 30 min exercise in the middle of the day! Am I wrong to do this as I can’t get up any earlier than 6 am and the streets are dark later at night ?

    1. Hi Brenda,
I encourage you to organize your exercise and meditation in whatever way works well for you to be consistent. Consistency is most important. The idea to do exercise before meditation can be helpful to enter meditation in a more relaxed, yet alert state. For anyone who struggles with concentration or drowsiness, this can be especially helpful.

Personally, I prefer to meditate first thing in the morning when I wake up and do my exercise in the middle of the day as you are doing.

      Keep up your good practice!
