Keep up the great work ~ I’m looking forward to reading Part 2!

What a great “excuse” to remember to get your 20 minutes of CV activity EVERY DAY! Great incentive when the either (or both) the flesh or the spirit is weak…:):):) Also, as someone with physical limitations in the form of pain, what a relief to be reminded that “a little goes a long way”, so to speak…Meaning that I don’t thave to kill myself and/or be in excruciating pain to get the result.

Thank you for this excellent free report. With the exception of Mike Kemski’s Power-Life system, almost every personal development program for wealth, success and self fulfillment miss the critical physical element for personal growth. By adding the physical element, you create a holistic approach to self help. The Power of Attraction becomes far more effective when you combine mental, emotional, vision and the critical physical component to manifest your dreams. How many times have we been told: Without good health, you have nothing and yet, virtually every self help system misses this critical element. Once again, thank you for stressing physical power to create a more holistic approach to personal development.

I found this really interesting and have forwarded to 3 friends. I have always known the the Mind /body/ Connection piece- Healthy Body- Healthy mind etc- but the idea of actually following on from your Physicsl exercise to meditation or visioning or whatever is super idea. I have finished my 3 mile run and am going to re-start my daily meditation (had slipped for months). in addition to the benefits yu]ou mention it also has the added benefit of – if you lock the two together- you will ensure you get the physical and Mental done each day or whatever frequency you choose. Also loved the simple- no hype -no hyperbole language the report was written in. LOOK FORWARD TO PART 2. Oliver

Of course I’d heard that you need a “fit body & mind” to achieve your goals. In the rat race that life has become, we all tend to focus only on the mental so this was a great reminder to keep both aspects in mind.

I have a different spin on why people are “stressed”. As a therapeutic massage specialist, I have consistently found that nothing in the outside world needs to change in order for the client to eliminate stress felt in the body. For stress is nothing more than a tight muscle or muscles. Negative emotions judged create a tightness in the muscles for the “fight or flight” response in the body. Seeing since it’s created in the mind, IT does not exist outside the body. No job, children, parents, spouse, or outside causes are the reason for stress.
Eliminate the negative judgment on the situation, do a full range of motion (ROM), and ask the area of the body in stress to find a “neutral” place, where no tension is felt any longer.
It takes only a minute and you no longer have to look for a scapegoat for your troubles.

I am reading a great book called ‘Brain Rules’ by John Medina. In it he reminds us that our brains actually evolved during the period when we moved from the trees to the plains. A period of covering great distances every day.
Thinking developed alongside activity and that is still the way our brains work most effectively. For many of us, our work environments are set up to kill our creativity and ability to use our resources to the full.
This report is right on the money.

When one looks at the LOA it’s logically clear that most of us are never going to get the results we dream of. Indeed it’s true that the universe reflects back the results of human observation (including dreams). However it doesn’t recognise the specific uniqueness of one person because we are all one, connected and yet we are individual and infinite. The things we all observe and wish for etc.. are digested by the universe instantly and fed back to us instantly in the form that the universe extracts the answer from it’s huge/infinite database of EVERY CONSCIOUS OBSERVERS experiences.
We all hold the key to infinity in our finite bodies. Just by looking inside and down into each organ, each cell we can visualise going down into atoms, then electrons and so on into infinity and see that this is true.
We should be looking to lift the veil of un-consciousness for everyone around us instead of JUST looking to increase our personal materialism and material wealth. By doing so we can change our collective experience into one of increased comfort much more quickly than we could ever imagine.
To remove ourselves from the bonds of consumerism and fear, which are two major contributors to stress (as discussed in the e-book) it would make sense to recognise those bonds in the first place and then they are no longer bonds that hold us or our children.
Together we affect creation, we form a body that is much more effective than the sum of its parts. The time to do this was, is and will always be now.

I enjoyed reading your free report (I also sent it to 5 of my friends and thanks for the free meditation download). Surprisingly what you say in your report rings a bell. I always felt very relaxed after doing yoga for about an hour and I always practised meditation afterwards. I then incorporated a bit of physical exercises, Qigong, Kundalini yoga and Ashthanga yoga (20 mins – 40 mins)before doing meditation so, in a way, I have already been practising what you suggested in your report. I am not bragging about it but I feel good that what I have been doing makes sense. Thanks again.

Matt,
Your excellent report tells so many truths. As a stress relief “coach-sultant” I explain how there are many routes to stress relief. Each part of us: mind, emotion and body are part of a feedback loop. When what we think, say or do is out of alignment it causes stress.
We can make a change in any one of them to affect all. Actually our “body language” and facial expressions can help alleviate stress as well. I write about wrinkles and stress on my site. Frown too much – you get the evidence etched into your face! Smile and relieve stress while you are exercising! http://www.heartfelt-stress-relief.com/what-is-stress-and-why-do-we-have-it/stress-wrinkles-premature-aging/

I realized that the physical body was the ‘final frontier’ almost 20 years ago & as a healer worked on that level to assist & educate clients with great success, however I was chemically poisoned 11 years ago which has changed my life for the worst – destroyed cartilage, ligaments & muscle, to the point where I can barely walk let alone do healing work. Exercise, especially CV is out of the question which has meant everything in my life has become sluggish – a great irony for sure!!!!

Thanks for the Free Report.
I do practice most of the mind exercises mentioned, but my schedule allows me to do the physical exercise in the evening only, most of the time. My 2 cents here:
We need to understand our body and listen to its needs. Each person is different. This has become a challenge these days, because of too many choices/distraction/technological changes. Hence for me personally, I start with Yoga/Pranayama. This helps me bring myself in the moment. Then I do the other things.
Also, if we are unable to do the physical exercise in the morning, we must not beat ourselves up. By doing so, we are hurting the inner child/sub-conscious mind/unknown self in us. Instead if we do feel like beating ourselves up, become AWARE, use EFT to let go of the negative emotion, diffuse the disruption in the body’e energy system and then it becomes easy to do the thing we WANT to do.
Your Report has now moved to me at least do 5-10 min of physical exercise and then start the mind exercises. Once again thanks for sharing.

Thank you for the report.
I have to say this. You don’t need to study law of attraction.
The ancient Masters knew this.
When a new born baby is born it is not taught the law of gravity, it just is. The same is true with law of attraction. Law of attraction is working in your life right now, all the time whether you like it or not, and bringing about the world and reality you live in. Fear, worry, doubt bad feels and uncertainty is bringing and creating law of attraction to show up in life.
With all the media hype and Oprah Winfrey show people are confused and don’t know or understand what comes first before law of attraction. The ancient masters of all cultures and backgrounds knew what is meant to create riches, relationship, romance and rejuvenation in their lives. Law of attraction plays its part but it does not need to be analyzed.
What was the secret of success that comes first before law of attraction?
‘To think the thoughts you want to think and not think the thoughts you don’t want to think.’

Thanks, it does make a lot of sense, but like some of the others, I have done a yoga session first then a cardio work out. I must admit it always felt wrong, but then I couldn’t bring myself to get up a couple of hours earlier on a Sunday to do the sessions the other way round. So this is the target. I know I don’t have to go out to do these things, but I have found by going out to do yoga and work out, it helps me focus better and I get the benefit of the energy of the others in the same area doing the same thing. Love Amer

The only reason I took a look at this is because it came from Alex Loyd with the Healing Codes. So far, I have a lot of trust for him and his organization. Great report so far! It explains why, organically I was really motivated over the last couple of years to engage in more physical excercise, to be more grounded in this physical realm, as opposed to focusing so much on the mental and spiritual.
Intersting to note, that in Kabalaah, the ancient Jewish mystical teachings, you learn that humans exisit and operate on 4 realms
mental ( mind )
physical ( body )
emotional ( heart/feelings )
spiritual ( connection to God )
When I learnt that, it made sense to me, that my physical routine was a part of the over all process, however the link to following up that with the visioning and or meditation is great.
I have done clearning work in the past, while walking outside in nature..and always found that far more effective then simply doing it inside.
My inkling had been, it was the connection to nature that made the difference…perhaps it was both the activity of movement and the connection to nature – a sort of ‘double grounding’ as it were.
Looking forward to reading more!

“After all, this gives you a new angle of approach in
ADDITION to what you may already be doing in terms
of mental, emotional, and spiritual practices.
Think about it:
As body, mind and soul make up an ‘integrated whole’…
adding that new angle of approach can have a huge

Such a clear presentation. I always loved working out and always enjoyed the stretches and strength in addition to the aerobic/ I feel so validated! Thanks for your sharing, Rosalie

I’ve read few articles so well written. Not only have you uncovered essential (but not previously discussed) aspects to personal growth, but you’ve done it in a manner that even an anal person like myself can easily understand and accept them.
Incorporating the 4th element into personal growth is just so freeking logical!
Your words inspire me to write, so that I can even more deeply absorb the meaning of what you’re teaching. What a great addition to any healing arts practice your teachings are. Thanks, John

Hi Matt and Kevin,
I can’t even begin to explain how excited I am that you released this free report. I was working very hard on the mental and emotional levels lately, that I had overlooked and neglected the other key areas that you have written about.
I read your first report last night and began implementing your tips and tricks right away. After completing the physical element twice, once last night before bed and once this morning after waking and I am happy report that I feel terrific today. I have not been this energetic or focused in a while. I really appreciate this report and looking forward to reading and implementing step 2. Thank you both for this wonderful eye opener for me.

Thank you so much for the access to these fine reports. I entered 4 names to help you out as referrals, however the site would not take 2 of them. I felt bad and tried and tried again. Finally it went through.
These are co-workers I know would appreciate the reports. I hope all went well and the emails were accurate for you. They came straight from my email box. Thanks again!

I appreciate this perspective. I tend to fluctuate between mind training (meditation, brainwave entrainment, guided meditations, hypnosis) and physical. I haven’t found a way to commit to both at the same time. I tend to want to focus on the physical, because my body isn’t in a state of great health, as you describe it. So, to find the time for exercise in the morning before work, I tend to drop the meditation.
There are LOTS of programs for physical training on the web, and I have many of them. The problem with most is that they do not take beginners (or older people) into account very well. With carpal tunnel and low upper body strength, push ups from my knees is not a sufficient modification. (I now use the wall and fingertips to avoid holding and lifting my weight on bent wrist.) In the past, I have tended to overdo very quickly, because I have been so fit at times, that I think I can still handle what I was doing previously. I’ve learned the hard way that this is not the case. Now that I have chronic lower back/hip pain, it is critical that I learn how to be active, without injuring myself, and to take time for recovery. Flexibility training would undoubtedly help in this regard too.
I am eager to see how you develop a program for what you refer to as “entry” level. And, I believe it could be incredibly valuable to have a more holistic approach than the diet and hard core exercise routines that are currently being promoted.
Oh, and one more thing, when you talk about not having the energy to accomplish or attract what you desire when your body is not in a state of vibrant health, I couldn’t agree more. The last half of 2010 was very difficult for me as my body/health deteriorated, and I lost interest in just about everything that used to matter to me. I’m looking forward to getting back into a state of balance.

At some level, I knew this, but had never put it together. Sometimes a walk with intention and subsequent reflection on an issue has produced clarity in my mind. Thank you, thank you for your work here, Matt.

I took a strenuous walk this afternoon (on packed and churned snow) then returned to listen to the meditation. It was very appealing. I also listened to one I’d previously downloaded on acceptance. It would be nice if I could make this combination practice a habit.

First,I believe, exercise should be fun. Then you need to “cultivate” the right mindset, attitude, and find your “drive”. Or else you’ll do it only 1 day then quit the next.Be careful of some fitness programs, especially in books. As they state they are beginners level, but are advanced beginners and way to hard and stressful for those who have been living a sedentary lifestyle for ages. That’s why we quit, frustrated.
Realize, why are you exercising? What are you doing it for and what do you really want to gain through doing it? Do the exercises for the specific sport or activity you are doing, to make you stronger, faster etc.

Thank you so much for these free reports. I keep struggling to attain success in business and in making money. I just gave an overview of The Unexplored Parallel 1 and I can see that it will be helpful in throwing some light on my limiting beliefs! Thanks again and great success to you!!!

That’s fascinating. I have practised Tai Chi for 6 years and a couple of years ago discovered EFT. A few months ago, by coincidence, I did a couple of rounds of EFT immediately after doing 30 minutes of Tai Chi and the effects were quite profound, – amazing. It is a combination work-out that I have used ever since, with remarkable results, and is exactly the combo that you are recommending. Keep up the good work.

Thanks for sharing your experience with the combination of T’ai Chi and EFT. I heartily agree with you that T’ai Chi and Qigong put me in a relaxed, yet alert, positive state that empowers any other self-growth practice.
Keep up your good practice,
Kevin

Thank you Matt, really nice read. I think you’ve covered all the main points with the The Unexplored Parallel report. I think getting your emotional, physical & spiritual aspects of your being in shape is important when it comes to the law of attraction & attracting good things into your life.

Oh dear, I was so excited as I reached nearer and nearer the disclosure of The Unexplored Parallel, so was deeply disappointed when I reached it to find that it involved physical exercise. I am registered disabled and can only walk a few yards (as proven this morning when I tried to walk round a department store and had to give up after two departments because my knees kept giving out!).
It’s a great shame. However, reading the run-up to the disclosure of The Unexplored Parallel revealed many interesting ideas that I shall try to pursue, thank you.
Matt Clarkson Said,

Hi Marilyn,
Thanks for the comment. I understand your feeling and I’m certainly not one to deny the reality of a physical problem or disability. It’s also important to realize that a physical challenge need not mean the end of exercise!
Ask Kevin – there are ways to work around injuries and disabilities. Just one example: I once saw a Qigong class being taught to group in wheelchairs. Not only did the participants thoroughly enjoy the practice, many of them were seeing some good improvements in mobility and range of motion during the first class. Many exercises can be done from a seated posture with amazing benefits.
As always, you must always consult with your doctor before embarking on an exercise program. And again, because the physical dimension is often the most neglected, it is often possible to get the greatest benefits here with the smallest investment. Even with many disabilities, there are many simple things that can be done to support your body and give you a great boost.
Hope this helps!
Matt
