Free From Fear! Mini Meditation

Wouldn’t you love to feel free from fear? We get afraid when we think that what we’re facing is bigger than the resources we have to handle it. Because of that, we feel more fear when we exaggerate the power of what we’re facing and underestimate our own resources. We also feel more fear when we think that what we’re afraid of happening is more likely to happen than it is.

In the following mini meditation, I’ll guide you to face, and move through, a specific fear you have from a place inside you that is free from fear. I call it “Your Fearless Self.”

After listening, please share with your family, friends, and co-workers through the social sharing links. I’d also love to hear the ways that work best for you in handling your fears in the Comments below. Thanks for sharing!

Holiday Meditation: “Welcoming The Light”

I hope you are all enjoying this holiday season so far. I have
been able to spend some extra time with my family–and my Mom
who has been quite ill. When I take time out from work, I find
myself reflecting on just how much time is devoted to earning money
for many of us these days.

In this coming New Year, I am committed to having more balance.

Matt and I want to thank all of you, our subscribers here on our Mind-Body
Training Community blog, for all your participation this past year.
We hope that our content here helps to bring a little more balance, insight,
light, and relaxation into your life.

Enjoy the following meditation as our holiday gift to you. It’s
called “Welcoming the Light.” Please share it with anyone
you’d like to uplift. Thanks for sharing!

Peace and joy to you all!

Reduce Stress by Feeling Connected-Guided Meditation

We feel more stress when we feel like we’re facing our challenges alone. If we think that what happens is all up to us and we doubt if we have the resources to handle things, stress builds. On the other hand, when we feel like part of a family, a team, a company, or a community that is all in this together, when we feel deeply connected with others, stress fades to the background.

What if, no matter what, you are always part of One Life that we all share? What if this One Life is permeated with Infinite Intelligence and Love? What if you are always connected with others in ways that you can’t imagine and these infinite connections provide everything you need when you need it, all the time? What if you lived from an awareness of deep connection with others?

In the following guided meditation, we’ll use our breath as a vehicle to reduce stress by feeling connected. I call it Connected Breathing.

After you listen along, please share with your family, friends, and co-workers through the social sharing links. I’d also love to hear your comments below. Thanks for sharing!
