Relieve Stress With Love-Guided Meditation

Have you wondered what’s the key to whether you feel stressed-out or empowered in your life? It’s easy and natural to think that it has to do with what’s going on around you—your work load, health, relationship issues, and so on. However, have you noticed how the same things can sometimes stress you out and sometimes not? Could it be that what makes something stressful or not has to do with how you’re looking at it, with where you’re coming from at the moment?

What if the key to relieving stress is to shift your perspective and how you are relating to whatever is happening? In the following meditation, I’ll guide you to relieve stress by shifting into a loving perspective. You may be surprised at how life-altering and effective this simple change in viewpoint can be.

So, if you will, call to mind a situation in your life in which you currently feel stress. Once you have something in mind, play the guided audio below.

Free From Fear! Mini Meditation

Wouldn’t you love to feel free from fear? We get afraid when we think that what we’re facing is bigger than the resources we have to handle it. Because of that, we feel more fear when we exaggerate the power of what we’re facing and underestimate our own resources. We also feel more fear when we think that what we’re afraid of happening is more likely to happen than it is.

In the following mini meditation, I’ll guide you to face, and move through, a specific fear you have from a place inside you that is free from fear. I call it “Your Fearless Self.”

Holiday Meditation: “Welcoming The Light”

I hope you are all enjoying this holiday season so far. I have
been able to spend some extra time with my family–and my Mom
who has been quite ill. When I take time out from work, I find
myself reflecting on just how much time is devoted to earning money
for many of us these days.

In this coming New Year, I am committed to having more balance.
