Can Meditation Make You Look Younger?

Some people claim ALL KINDS of amazing benefits from
their meditation and mind-body training practice.

“Astral travel… remote viewing… ESP”  You name it!

Some people believe in that stuff.  Some don’t.

But without a doubt, meditation IS PROVEN to improve
your state of health and well-being.

Any way you look at it …

There have been THOUSANDS of studies done on the health
benefits of meditation. Just about *every one* shows the
    effects to be positive.

Study after study confirms that meditation creates
deep relaxation in the body and boosts your immune
response.  And when that happens you FEEL happier, more
    open inside and more alive.

Is it any surprise then that people start to look younger?

    It makes sense to me.

I’ve met quite a few teachers (and a couple of genuine
masters) who looked MANY years younger than their actual
    age.  What was their secret?

They didn’t JUST have a seated meditation practice…

(Don’t get me wrong, seated meditation is great.)

But with mind-body training techniques you bring in deep,
breathing, gentle movement and stretching.  And this adds
A LOT to a basic seated practice.

    That’s why I wasn’t surprised when I stumbled on a
program called “Five Rituals”.  The site explains how you
can look many years younger in just 10 weeks from now:

The “Five Rituals” are a series of simple, yet precise
body movements. They were discovered back in the 1930’s –
inside a remote Tibetan monastery, high in the Himalayas.

They were brought back to the West by a retired British
army colonel – who began workshops, helping people to
look many years younger, in just TEN short weeks.

Today, the Five Rituals are almost forgotten.

Only a handful of individuals know about the Five Rituals…
And use them daily to keep their eternal youth.

Individuals such as actor Martin Sheen, author John Gray,
    and self-development expert, Bradley Thompson.

I’ve been through the Five Rituals course and highly
recommend it.  These are simple exercises that will fit
well into any existing meditation or mind-body practice.

In fact, I’d recommend you find spend a few minutes doing
these exercises BEFORE you do a seated meditation practice.

You’ll find you get a lot more from meditation when your
    body is relaxed and energized.
