        Really great to see a program like this coming out. Somehow, it seems to me, that something like this, coming from you guys, is just what the doctor ordered. I have been struggling lately to keep up with any kind of physical activity, let alone any kind of meditation. I need inspiration; I need to get off my butt, and do it. I looked at the quiz, and most of my answers would be non-existent. I suppose I should submit the quiz anyway. I will be 64 in a couple of weeks, and I probably look and feel much younger, but if I don’t get back on track with a good physical program, that will digress quickly. I also know that I need to incorporate my whole being into whatever I do, so a meditation practice would certainly help. It seems as though a program like yours should make the discipline of exercise and mindfulness become something that one can look forward to like a cup of coffee in the morning(coffee is something that I would like to eliminate). I look forward to seeing what this program has to offer.

        Matt, I must say you spoke to me, well not me personally per se though it seemed like so. You addressed the issue I posted in my last comment and actually motivated me to want to participate in the program you & Kevin are offering.         As synchronicity would have it, this has come along just when I came to the conclusion that I wanted to focus not only on improving my health and mood, but that I specifically wanted to approach it in a more complete and holistic way. I have always been active, but to varying degrees, and yet I have struggled with weight issues my whole life. I feel ready and excited to create the body and health I desire, and am really interested to see what your program has to offer. Thank you for offering us these bites to sample to see if this is the right fit.

        The holistic view has always interested me, because I can’t see mind, body, soul functioning separately from each other. However, in reality holistic is announced, but not taken into practice and that lead to conflicts.
        What appeals me most from your program are the different levels to start from and that you are not pushing as happen a lot of times. As I have fibromyalgia which troubles me more or less depending to circumstances it would be good for me to make this part of my way of living to feel more comfortable.
        Thanks for getting me familiar with this.
