Why “Goals Suck” (And What To Do About It)

    Chances are, at some point in your life, you sat
    down and set your goals.

    Like me, you probably got really excited… maybe
    you even created a plan and started taking action.

    We’ve all been there!

    But then, the next thing you know, your motivation
    is gone and suddenly you’re struggling every step
